Rachael discusses attachment styles, the process of recognizing our needs, learning to communicate what our needs are, shifting out of dysfunctional behaviors that seek to meet an underlying need, honoring our children's needs as parents, and resourcing our needs in a way that's more aligned with our highest self and the most beautiful world we know is possible.

Rachael discusses the "spiritual path" and how it is not something that is "holier than thou" or divorced from the mundane tasks of our day-to-day lives. Indeed, the spiritual path is exactly the ordinary actions that make up our everyday.
