We've been walking through Luke, and by now you've seen Jesus teach, heal, calm storms, and set His face toward Jerusalem. Well in chapter 10, He's going to do something different. He's going to multiply Himself.

He's going to send out seventy-two regular people, not the famous twelve disciples, but seventy-two others, and give them His authority. Then He's going to tell the most famous story about a good neighbor you've ever heard. And He's going to sit in a living room and gently correct a woman who's too busy serving Him to actually listen to Him.
