The July hiatus was the break I needed to start anew. Let’s catch up on the sitcom and drama of my life.

The last few weeks have been hard, and I’ve been thinking about my voice in a time like this. May we be light and not darkness for others in this moment. put in your earbuds/headphones during the Meditation Minute (this week, it’s 2 minutes).

Many times we go through life with unspoken expectations. Does everyone know what you expect from them?

My heart hurts from all of the news that pins Blacks as weapons or violent or less than in 2020 has me ANGRY! We have to do better. This is my truth in the moment, raw and uncut.

Over the course of my life I found myself lying or no damn reason. Self-awareness to discernment are only part of the keys to stop lying so often to first yourself then others.
