sometimes, we get way too comfortable with unloading our problems into another person, not because they’re great listeners, but because they usually have good advice to solve our problems for us and we love it and are comforted by that. And in them doing so, we may or may not realize it, but we become codependent on them to solve our problems, and this, this could be holding you back in your walk with Christ. Because instead of going to our knees when something goes wrong, we pick up a phone and call that person for help.

Self love has been a trend for a while, and lots of people have found sanctuary in this trend that promotes "putting yourself first", and everyone else second, but where is God in all of this?

There’s a kind of transformation no self-help or discipline can accomplish—it’s the kind only God can do. In this episode, I open up about how He took my old heart and gave me a new one, just like He promised in Ezekiel. If you’re longing for real change, come sit with me for a while.
