What if we've been arguing over labels instead of asking better questions?
For years, I couldn't say the word God without feeling uncomfortable. Not because I didn't believe in something greater than myself, but because I'd attached the word to religion, control, and the idea that someone else knew God better than I did.
In this episode, I'm unpacking how that changed—and why I now believe we've been taught to outsource our relationship with God far more than we realize.
We're diving into why prayer and energy healing may not be as different as we've been led to believe, why I see astrology and Human Design as maps rather than idols, and why discernment not blind obedience—is one of the most spiritual practices we have.
This conversation isn't about telling you what to believe.
It's about inviting you to question where your beliefs came from in the first place. And, if you've been taught not to question your beliefs…
Whose beliefs are they?
If this episode challenged you, I'd love to hear what landed with you most. Share it on Instagram, tag me, or send it to someone who loves having conversations that challenge the way we see the world.
Until next time,
Keep questioning.
Keep discerning.
And keep coming home to yourself.
