Episode 4!
Happy New Moon in Libra! Happy Virgo season! Happy pre-shadow to Mercury heading in to retrograde. This episode is dedicated to the New Moon, but also to breaking down the buzz terms we see every day online: Grounding, Manifesting, Universe, Vibration, Alignment... etc.
What does it really mean to "ground down"?
Does manifesting really work? What even is it?
I dive in to the thought processes and techniques that work for me, skipping the spiritual fluff words and focus on how we can help move you in to a new way of being.
I also explain tapping. What is it? How/Why should we do it?... and then run you through a new moon tapping exercise.
Video of this process will be posted on to my Patreon if you would like to visually see me doing this so that you can follow along.
----
What do you need for the New Moon Tapping ritual:
- Water, Water.... MORE WATER.
- Comfortable clothing and a comfortable place to sit.
- A plant, flower, something natural of your choice.
- 10 minutes to yourself to experience this moment.
Additional things you could use to "enhance your experience":
- Cleansing Materials (Smoke, Aura Mist, Stones.. etc.)
- Stretching Before (In fact stretch while you listen to the first 50 minutes)
- Journal + Pen - Sometimes things come up, do not let them fade. If you have an "a ha!" moment... write it down.
Happy New Moon friends!! I will also be adding a releasing/calling in practice (perfect for your journaling) on to Patreon tonight as well. I can't wait to see what you all decide manifest for your life.
