Brittni invites her brother Katin (pronounced KAY-TIN) into the studio (she doesn't really have a studio) to talk about his perspective on growing up with four older sisters. He shares what he did to 'stay out of the way' and how his sisters 'tortured' him as a child. Listen as they discuss Katin's ease of talking to women, and how his artistic skills haven't changed since he was a 6 year old. Brittni and Katin reminisce about their trip to Europe and give hilarious details of an extraordinary experience at a Scottish laundromat.
Brittni has a conversation with fellow fitness instructor, friend and small business owner, Mindy Sartori. They share times of personal grief and the reasons they each felt they had to be strong for others instead of allowing themselves to break down. Mindy shares her personal connection to death, loss and why her experience is such a valuable asset to her business. They discuss how common grief really is and what we can do as bystanders when we don't really know how to approach those who are in pain. Mindy reminds us of the excitement and importance of snail mail and how much we all appreciate receiving a letter or package from a friend or loved one.
We all have or will know someone who has grieved someone, something, an event, or a pet. Please check out Give Good Grief today!

Brittni brings you into her world as she shares her diagnosis and journey through breast cancer. She begins with the discovery of her tumor and tells the scary truths about chemotherapy. The recollection of her head shaving experience is heartwarming as she explains what she did right as the clippers approached her temple. Follow her as she admits to feeling angry, sad and unattractive, all while being supported, encouraged and loved. She tells you what the most important gift she received was during that time and whether or not she would change her story. Brittni stands with her surgical oncologist at her first fundraiser, 5 years after her diagnosis in the episode artwork.
Brittni sits down with self-love doula and ultimate encourager of growth, Chayne Coleman. They get cozy and open up about the pandemic's effects on all of us, what modern education is lacking, and her acceptance of herself that led to wanting to help others find a similar relief. Chayne's boldness and certainty are apparent and attractive, as she opens up about her perceptions of the world around us and the implications of varying mindsets surrounding self-help and self-love. Enjoy!
