I recently had a chance to chat with singer/songwriter Jade Jackson. Jade is releasing her second album this summer and touring in support of if it. Both of her albums were produced by Social Distortion frontman Mike Ness, and both showcase her incredible voice and writing skills. Her songs draw on influences like Johnny Cash, Hank Williams, Bruce Springsteen, and Mazzy Star. She has been making waves the last few years with her live performances, and albums. Her blending of thoughtful lyrics, guitar tones, and roots music fuse into a truly unique style that she can call her own.
