This week I hopped into the figurative time machine and had the opportunity to get a glimpse into various pieces of my youth. I forgot that I used to frequent the Rastafarian scene in my late teens and early twenties, but one of the my favorite reggae bands, Steel Pulse, came to Seattle this week and brought it all back. Strangely the haze of smoke and smell of weed was a lot less prevalent than I remember, but the pure joy this band creates in my heart was still the same 25 years later.
