Jon Weiss started his screen print career in 1968 hand printing on wood screens with silk fabric. For over 52 years, he built a company with over $40mm in sales with 30 automatic screen printing presses in the US and Honduras. In 2013, he sold the company to Gildan where he remained on the corporate side as VP of Global Embellishment until 2015. Once his non-compete was up, he reopened New Buffalo Shirt 2.0 in the beginning of 2017 as a boutique screen print studio, and continues killing it.

They generate results by engaging people’s minds and igniting their emotions. Synergy helps a diverse range of businesses establish and strengthen their brands, developing brand identity, collateral materials, package design, merch development and production, web applications, marketing, and more. Their brand work has been seen by millions of people and because of it they  have been fortunate enough to drive social change.  Through their viral video campaigns combating racism, sexism and homophobia, with an activist heart and a passionate social change mission they have armed tens of thousands of people with pro-LGBT equality, anti-racism and gender equality shirts that act as “mini-billboards” for change. Gavin StGeorges' story began in Haiti. After moving to the US just before his teenage years and after completing school and leading businesses for other people, he felt the time was right to build something he could be proud of. The opportunity to start a t-shirt company came about from his wife’s idea to create custom onesies for their child. In late 2016, PROUD TSHIRTS was born.

"Your dreams will never expire but you must have the drive to chase them," -- a phrase Nick Burton, the owner of Eternal Designs in Rome, GA, understand all too well. As a lifelong artist, Nick has been driven his whole life by his passion to create. His journey into screen printing started in high school. After being burnt out from the lack of creativity and growth at his corporate job, Nick left his corporate job and in 2014 created Eternal Designs. Since the inception, Nick has been devoted to building a creative driven company focused on quality, uniqueness, and community.

Hailing from the great state of Virginia, Joshua Foster started his artistic career as a photographer at the age of 15. Kasey Bryan was a talented architectural designer. After welcoming the birth of their daughter Aspen in June of 2018, Kasey had an idea to start a company named after their daughter and sell clothing designed for mothers, fathers, and their children. In October 2019, they went live with their site Aspen + Company and started selling clothing. Between October and December, they saw subtle growth, but when Josh brought his photography and marketing skills to the table, that's when things exploded. They saw exponential growth and quickly outgrew the old fire-station that they both lived and worked out of and needed help. Being a web-to-print workflow, they found clear solutions in ROQ and a partnership flourished. They have recently moved into a 20K square foot facility and are eagerly awaiting the install of the first ROQ Now in the US. A completely family-owned business, which has skyrocketed from just Josh and Kasey to building a team of over 20 employees, Aspen + Company is positioned for an incredible decade ahead.
