Rosary Novena To Our Lady...

Listen Later

Saint Patrick's Special Feast Day.  An Italian Saint who converted men/women of Ireland in becoming Catholic.  Fortunately a remenent of authentic Irish priests actual desendents of Ireland have devoted their entire lives in serving God with their very lives by preparing/nurturing the very souls of men and women interested/commited to engaging in the Catholic faith!  Their  interest, their commitment, is in fact, a life long journey, to growing in Christ for all eternity.  I am so indebted to my pastor Father Patrick.  He has been an amazing shepherd, who has counseled me in confession, and has spiritually guided and directed me, during the last decade.  He has gently/humbly encouraged me in my faith walk to have a sense of humor especially during crisis.  He has helped me to look at life through the lens of Christ and Mary, instead of through a selfish lens which always leads to a blury truth totally out of context.   I am very honored to share with all of my podcast followers this evening this beautiful  Rosary Novena To Our Lady. Why, because, all of us were meant to be holy.  All of us, were meant to be with God forever, for all eternity.  Tonight I am guided by  Charles V. Lacey and Rev. Raymond P. Lawrence and I believe who ever is being invited and drawn to pray these novena's are being directly guided by our Lady.   Tonight is a great night to begin your first rosary.  Because Holy Mother Mary wants her children to experience her graces to the fullest.  We are all her children, and she is uniting us for an eternal cause, that needs to begin here on earth.  In order for us to invite Mary more deeply into our lives, there is no better way to reach her than through praying the Holy Rosary.  Mary our Mother, wants the very best for us.  We get to experience her grace on a personal and private level through our devotion to her leading us directly to her son.  It is a beautiful ritual to get into.  Once we begin to pray the rosary, we see more clearly what God wants for us, we can still see what we want, but in that same lens we become more aware of Christs vision for us moving us forward yet, in a new and different direction that is His, and we find ourselves desiring to follow in his path, and a newfound life begins again in us because we choose Him.  Life can and does have greater meaning than the opinions we have about ourself, or religion.  We have to set aside our thoughts, and enter into the thoughts of Christ through prayer.  And the repetition of the rosary is a great starting point.  The rosary strips away from us all that is not bearing perfect fruit in our lives.  The rosary redirects our focus on the truth, the truth in being a child of Christ Jesus.  When we grasp this reality, the underlining cause and effect of prayer begins to take root in us.  And the process of prayer forms within us and our hearts, our minds, are totally in focus with Christ.  He wants to guide us and bring us to complete spiritual perfection.  In order to get there it requires time set aside daily with Christ.  It requires great sacrifice on our part in order for Christ to deliver his message. We can find him in the silence of an Adoration Chapel by setting aside one hour/week, and begin praying your 1st rosary there.  Meditate upon each Hail Mary, leaving a rose at the feet of our Holy Mother Mary.  We have this unbelievable opportunity to grow in the love that comes directly from our Mother.  To call upon her through an entire rosary is a great way of getting to know her and acquaint yourself with her holy nature.  If you are lost and are seeking the truth begin here.  Mother Mary will be very kind,  patient, loving, understanding the pain of all her children in need of her maternal love!
