Rose Watch: Just Another Bachelor Podcast

It's been 84 years, but Sam, Sanjana, and Grace are not letting Clayton walk them out on their way to recapping the finale episodes of The Bachelor! We did a first this week and watched live at a bar in New York—and ran into Sanjana's favorite Bachelor alum! We do our best to wade through this dumpster fire of a finale and surprise, suprise—much like Gabby, Rachel, and Susie are very different women—we all have very different opinions on how it all ended. Sam, Sanjana, and Grace are diving into a dormant volcano, but it feels active because they are recapping the eruption that was this week's Women Tell All and Fantasy Suites episodes of The Bachelor. They start off with the WTA and it turns out maybe the gaggle of women were bigger bullies than Shanae this season (no, no, she was definitely a bully). It was hard to hear over the constant yelling, so we pivot to the Fantasy Suites, where we only really talk about one thing. And that's because it was repeated three times over! But Clayton makes the fatal flaw of not editing your material based on your audience, and we discuss the hot topic of the Susie fallout. Moral of the podcast, stand your ground ladies! Sam, Sanjana, and Grace are zoom, zoom, zooming into the recaps of Clayton's hometown dates. But the dates are not making their hearts go boom, boom, boom. Mara continues to have beef with Sarah, and we think Mara would be happier on a reboot of the Donna Reed Show than on The Bachelor. Sam, Sanjana, and Grace crash a stranger's barbecue before recapping the latest episode of The Bachelor! Sam's dreams are slowly inching her closer to an inevitable appearance in the Bach franchise. Sam, Sanjana, Grace, and Lauren are finally reunited and are sexy slow running into the third episode of The Bachelor! We start off with the always cringy confessional group date and wonder why the hell are past cast members running this therapy sesh. Scavenger hunt and Van Gogh are two things we never thought we’d say together, but Sarah and Clayton’s one-on-one makes the impossible happen! The Baywatch group date can’t be saved by the red outfits, and Shanae is left floundering. Battle lines are drawn in the Elizabeth and Shanae shrimp finasco and Clayton must step in as the TV dad and give them a stern talking-to next week.

Happy New Year's Rose Watchers! We are back to recap Clayton Echard's season of The Bachelor...is it too late to get off the ride? Grace and Sanjana discuss their thoughts on the first episode, because not even an 11-hour time difference can stop us from complaining about how much we dislike Clayton! However, a recording error can. 

We're back at the Bachelor mansion, swimming in a sea of blondes, so we have a little trouble picking which women stood out to us. Claire made us cringe, but she speaks for all of us! Sanjana and Grace agree that they are not here for the nostalgia tour the Bachelor is desperately clinging to and hope we can get back to the future (did we use that right?)
