We are all just walking each other home, this is something that was said to me by Rosie and I will never forget how this felt to really understand. Rosie has been a significant influence in my journey over the past few years and we also have both walked The Camino, I cant wait to share some really powerful insights and tools with you in this episode.

Understanding your journey through pain and adversity can bring you to a point in your life where you better understand your life's purpose. Having the courage to discover who you are and what you really want from life is an extremely powerful place to be.

 In my interview with Rosie she will share some of her journey through adversity and becoming more resilient, overcoming disease and how this year can be a blessing and provided great opportunities especially for those that can see opportunity in times of uncertainty. 

Through her Rise and Thrive program Rosie helps women around the world not only discover them self, they Rise above adversity and Thrive in their wholeness.
