Rosie, Rooted and Rising is a weekly podcast for high-capacity women who have lived enough life to recognize when something no longer fits, even if it still looks fine on the outside.
Hosted by Rosie F. Brown, this show moves beyond reflection and into intentional living, helping you trust what you feel, honor what you know, and build your next chapter with clarity and confidence.
Not everything that makes sense is meant for you.
In this episode of Rosie, Rooted and Rising, Rosie speaks on discernment and the quiet awareness that develops through lived experience.
She explores what it means to recognize misalignment early, to trust that internal signal without needing proof, and to stop overriding what you already know.
Through reflection, honesty, and grounded faith, this conversation centers on one truth:
You don’t need things to fall apart to choose differently.
If something has been feeling slightly off, this episode will meet you right there.
You don’t have to wait for clarity.
You can trust what you already feel.
Season 2 of Rosie, Rooted and Rising begins with a shift.
In this episode, I reflect on the transition from awareness to alignment. There comes a point where you are no longer questioning what has changed. You know. The real question becomes whether your life reflects the woman you have already become.
I also take a moment to acknowledge the close of Season 1. When I listened back, I realized how heavy that final episode felt. It was honest, and it reflected exactly where I was. But this season carries a different energy. There is more clarity, more grounding, and more forward movement.
This conversation is for women who are capable, responsible, and used to carrying a lot. Women who can maintain a life that no longer fits simply because they have the capacity to do it. But capacity is not the same as alignment.
If you have been feeling that quiet shift, this episode will meet you there.

Some roles don’t end with drama. They end with clarity.
In this episode of Rosie, Rooted & Rising, Rosie explores what it means to quietly outgrow a role, even when nothing is technically wrong.
This conversation is for the woman over 50 who feels the shift. The one who is no longer experimenting, no longer auditioning, and no longer explaining her evolution.
We talk about identity, refinement, decision energy, and the courage it takes to move forward without over-justifying your growth.
Because sometimes the most powerful thing you can say is nothing at all, and just move.

You’re allowed to want more, without building a case for it.
In this episode of Rosie, Rooted and Rising, we talk about desire as data. The quiet pull toward something more. The difference between wanting and chasing. And why expansion doesn’t require explanation.
Not urgency. Not justification. Just honesty.
