So many things has taking place that has scarred people in so many ways. Depending on the circumstances it can stick with us a long time that we can find our way to heal. We can be on a repetitive cycle of torture mentally because when the traumatic memory comes to resurface to be release we absorb the emotions like it just took place instead of observing the lessons to grow and it sets us up to be at a low frequency that blocks happiness and abundance.
