This episode is a break from your daily dose of Coronavirus talk. I recently took a trip to Little Rock, Arkansas to train with Bryce Mitchell and TJ Brown at Roli Delgado's gym, Westside MMA. Bryce and TJ are both current UFC fighters, and are both incredibly nice guys. I had an amazing time training with them and can't wait to return. 

I'm back in the studio with Jeremy Lifsey, tattoo artist, world traveler, and conspiracy expert to talk about the global Coronavirus pandemic. 

This episode is with Port Angeles, WA based tattoo artist and Conspiracy Theory expert, Jeremy Lifsey. The conversation begin with his story of growing up on the street of Los Angeles and finding himself locked up between the ages of 17 and 23. The conversation then moves onto global conspiracies. 

Alternative lifestyles are becoming more and more appealing to millennials. Whether it's camper van life or sailboat life, people are finding different ways to make enough money and be mobile enough to see the world. My friends from college, Tim and Katrina Stone are an example. Rae and I, while not planning on buying a sailboat anytime soon, are planning to get a cargo van to convert to a camper!

In this episode I talk about the evening I spent with some of the client's from work who were complaining about the 'weirdness' of one of their peers. This peer is on the autism spectrum and often has a very hard time understanding how to become friends with anyone, thus relegating them to a lonely life. They need to meet people who will be proactive friends. I explain this idea to the client's I was with, and how I think they can help their peer find his way into a friend group in the house. 

I had the privilege of participating in a Native American sweat lodge ceremony this week. It was one of the hardest, and most profound things I've ever been a part of.
