Today’s episode is the first of a 2 part series with Dr. Jim Spears about rotator cuff repair and his career journey.  Dr. Spears discusses his career journey from growing up in FL to becoming a team physician for the Orlando Magic and later moving his practice to Bellin Health Titletown.  Dr. Spears takes a deep dive into how far we have come in treating rotator cuff tears and discusses some of the demographic changes he has seen over the years with shoulder conditions.
