In this episode I spoke with Morgan Emery. Morgan is a dedicated youth worker in Palmerston North and a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. He is the head coach at Combat Room Palmerston North. Morgan is one of my dearest friends and one of my favourite training partners. He talks about his work helping young people to overcome the challenges of their circumstances and to understand that the past doesn't dictate the future.
