A receiver that has kinda flown under the radar his whole career due to who some of his compatriots were, he is starting to have his breakout season which is catapulting him up the draft boards. A route savant, this guy is more than good enough to be a very good receiver at the next level. The gun slinger in University Park, this former 5 star recrtuit has all the tools, it is just about putting it all together. The boys don't really see eye to eye on him, but in a relatively weak QB class, who knows what could happen come draft weekend.
