Rough sleepers have been hit hard by the recent wild weather and icy snap at the beginning of winter.  

Rev. Bill Crews speaks to CEO Trina Jones from Homelessness NSW about this winter being so challenging due to it being the coldest and wettest winter.  Homeless services across Australia are struggling to provide temporary accommodation and healthcare for those sleeping rough.
