Mitch and Cole met way back in little league baseball. Mitch was a graduate of Newark Catholic High School where he was a four year starter at catcher for the baseball team. He went on to Ohio Valley University for five years before moving on to Glenville State. He is also helping out coaching baseball as well as running his own business called BIG3CATCHING where he trains young athletes.

Cole and Kyle have been friends since preschool. They grew up hanging out all the time until Kyle made the switch from Watkins Memorial to Newark Catholic High School. Post high school Kyle went on to play four years of DII college football for the University of Findlay in Findlay, Ohio. During his time as a defensive end for the Oilers Kyle was four year starter and received first team all-G-MAC in 2018 and second team all-G-MAC in 2019. He was also selected second team all-region by the Don Hansen Football Committee in 2018.
