Nathan and Cain bring you a slightly later than planned edition as we look back over the events of the SON and SON2 from Belle Vue as Team GB reigned supreme to pick up a 2nd winners medal in 3 events as Robert Lambert and Dan Bewley overcame Australia in a dramatic final to reach the summit.
SON2 was won by Poland as Bartosz Bańbor and Wiktor Przyjemski won gold in a rainy Manchester as Team GB rued an injury to Dan Thompson which denied them a richly deserved medal on the previous evening.
We look back over the meetings of the previous week, whilst looking ahead to fixtures both in the UK, and abroad, as Round 2 of the SEC starts in Grudziadz, with Andžejs Lebedevs looking to extend his lead in the title race.
We are joined on the show by Redcar Bears Speedway promoter Jaime Swales as he looks back on the decision of Connor Bailey to halt his speedway career (best wishes Connor) but also looking head to a busy end of season. We have all of our usual features, as well as previewing our Meeting of the Week, as Glasgow Tigers take on Scunthorpe Scorpions in Cab Direct Championship action. All of this plus our usual features, All views are our own.
