We are joined on the show by Connor Mountain as we look ahead to the British Semi Final from Leicester as 6 riders look to join the 10 seeded riders at the British Final in Manchester on May 12th. We also look ahead to the British U21 Qualifier from Plymouth as 8 riders look to join the seeded 8 in the final at Glasgow.

Our Meeting of the Week will see Berwick Bandits take on Redcar Bears, and Rob takes on Cain in another quiz with a nod towards what is being discussed on the show.
