Its been a packed week of fixtures as the Premiership KO Cup Quarter Finals reach their conclusion and Ipswich Witches King's Lynn Stars and Leicester Lions join Sheffield Tigers in the Semi Finals.

We look ahead to the Championship weekend as the Pairs hit Workington and the following day the League Riders Championship takes place at Scunthorpe.
