Adrienne Haynes is the managing partner of SEED Law, a boutique business law firm based in Kansas City that specializes in serving entrepreneurs and business owners. She is also the owner of SEED Collective, a consultancy designed to inspire and support the sustainability of entrepreneurs and businesses.
Adrienne is also the founder of the Multicultural Business Coalition Inc and president of the Black Female Attorneys Network, Inc. She was an Innovator in Residence at the Kauffman Foundation.

Adam Miller is the new Director of Diversity and Inclusion for Barkley. He spent the last four years as Director, Green Fellowship with Teach For America. He’s also an entrepreneur and the head of brand development for the AV Collection, a virtual winery that produces wines in Sonoma County and the Napa Valley of California. Adam is a former U.S. Fulbright Scholar, is bilingual and studied abroad during college.

Mark Clayton is a former star wide receiver from the University of Oklahoma who played professionally for the Baltimore Ravens and St. Louis Rams. He began his entrepreneurial journey by designing waterproof headphones he could use while rehabbing from as a player from an injury. He’s involved in numerous business ventures and spoke about lessons learned from the football field.

Ryan Kilgore has been playing the saxophone since age 10. After playing in the band for four years in high school, Ryan attended Clark Atlanta University and was the first freshman to become drum major. He made a cameo appearance in the movie Drumline. He has toured with Stevie Wonder for a decade and is the founder of the Kilgore Music Foundation, whose mission is to mentor students to be lifelong musicians and to learn about different paths in the music industry.

Tony Hofmann is an endurance athlete, West Point graduate, qualified Army Ranger, retired Colonel and founder of Team Leadville. After retiring from the Army, Col. Hofmann ran the Leadville 100 ultramarathon three times, experiences he wrote about in the book Embracing Grit: How a Flatland Veteran Conquered the Leadville 100 Ultramarathon.

Hofmann is the Director of Public Works for the City of Overland Park, KS. He's run the Boston Marathon 13 times.
