Hi everyone, we are excited to announce season 3 and kicking it off with a guest speaker who was open to talking about suicide. We felt this needed to be discussed, particularly mean dn suicide, because as men suffer in silence its hard to know when the straw will break the camels back for some. Knowing the signs and hopefully motivating some to seek help when they see them, we want to give insights to what different cultures and our personal experiences have been surrounding suicide.
