Regan has been following Jesus since she was young, sensing His call on her life as a missionary at age 12 and growing in a deep love for Him and His Word. With a background in Intercultural Studies from Taylor University, she now serves as a full-time missionary with Time to Revive in Dallas, equipping and discipling college students to live out the Gospel and make disciples wherever they are. Her heart is to see every person encounter their identity in Christ and for the nations to know Him- until the day we see Jesus return!

Brandon Gilbert serves as an elder at Redeemer Church, where he also leads the Residency, Church Planting, and Institute ministries. He’s been in ministry for over 20 years, investing deeply in developing leaders and strengthening the local church. Brandon is married to his wife, Annie, and together they have three kids—Calvin, Luke, and Mollie. When he’s not serving in ministry, Brandon enjoys watching airplanes (not flying them—just watching!) and traveling with his family.

Matt is the Canadian Collegiate Strategist for Send Network Canada and National Director of the Canadian Campus Collective (C3), a ministry of the Canadian National Baptist Convention (CNBC). Prior to his work with Send and the CNBC, Matt served as Pastor for Teaching & Vision with Church of the City, a church he co-founded and planted in Guelph, Ontario, in 2013. Church of the City is home to many students from the University of Guelph, and Matt was instrumental in seeing that come to fruition.  Matt is married to his wife, Andrea, and they have three boys. 

With all the things there are to juggle in ministry leadership, too often the simple things are overlooked for the complex, technical things. In this session, the importance of simply showing up in peoples' lives will be proven to be the catalyst for building the bedrock of a relational ministry.

Stanton is the College Pastor at First Belton Baptist Church. Since God saved and called him on January 18, 2008 in the mountains of Appalachia in Boone, NC, Stanton has been a collegiate athlete, a counselor at Kanakuk Kamps, a house monitor for a live-in discipleship residency in Mississippi, has met and married his incredible wife of 10 years – Paige, has received his master’s degree from Baylor University’s Truett Seminary with a concentration in Sports Ministry, has served in Baylor’s counseling center helping students with drug and alcohol addictions, has been the chaplain for the Baylor baseball team, has been ordained into the ministry by Highland Baptist Church in Waco, and has welcomed 3 beautiful children into the world: Waverly (5), Boone (2), and Harvey (1), as well as been a foster parent to a sweet little girl, Hadleigh. 

Our calling as leaders is to "equip students for the work of ministry", and to help them be "hearers and doers" of the Word. There is a lot of confusion about the Bible floating around today. Let's talk about how to teach the Truth of God's Word to a generation.

Shane serves as the National Next Gen Director for the North American Mission Board (NAMB). He and his wife, Kasi, reside in Texas with their five children. He has been in ministry for over 20 years as a denominational leader, church planter, lead pastor, and student pastor. Shane is also a traveling communicator, evangelist, and Bible teacher. Every year, he speaks to over a hundred thousand people about the good news of Jesus Christ. He is the author of two books (9 Common Lies Christians Believe and Calling Out the Called) and two Bible Studies (Revival Generation and Not My Jesus). Chuck Davenport serves as the Executive Discipleship Pastor at Sagemont Church, where he has served for nearly 10 years. He has been involved in collegiate ministry for 15 years, including almost 8 years as Sagemont’s College Pastor. Chuck is passionate about helping people find Jesus, develop as leaders, and faithfully serve in the ministry God has entrusted to them.

He and his wife, MaryAnn, have been married for 9 years and are raising three children, ages 5, 3, and 1. Outside of ministry, Chuck loves sports, fishing, grilling, and lifting weights.

Emmy Lively serves as the Associate Young Adults & College Minister at Highland Baptist Church in Waco, Texas. She joined the staff in 2023 after graduating from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. In her role at Highland, Emmy disciples young adults in their walk with Jesus, oversees prayer ministries, and shepherds students through seasons of grief. Emmy married her husband, Jared, in November 2025. They enjoy serving in ministry together, traveling, being outside, and exploring new coffee shops!

Mackenzie Norman serves as a NextGen Associate for the International Mission Board. She spent two years in Eastern Europe working with university students as a Journeyman. She and her husband, Caleb, live in Denton and work with college students at the University of North Texas. They are active members of Southmont Baptist Church and enjoy traveling and making music together.

College leaders are not just called to send students on meaningful summer experiences. We are called to help form disciples whose vocation, location, and future are shaped by God's mission.
