It is the start of a new season! Shea Locke and Ruby begin their exploration of the Hoenn Region in Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald where they find vibrant colors, a fancy Pokedex, and a huge improvement to the box system! But most exciting for Ruby is that she can finally choose to be a girl!...and so can Shea Locke! lol. There are new Pokemon everywhere as these two work their way through multiple towns (multiple times!) before they finally find their first gym. Can they triumph over it and gain their badge?

Then, after the break, we catch up with Murasaki's troubles in Pokemon Tower. Is he doomed or can he and Beck make it out alive?
