Unskilled Communication Creates the ‘Loop of Doom’: Blame, “you always/never” language and digging up the past keeps arguments recycling. Wording things differently and incorporating rituals that show care quickly changes the dynamic.
Self-Love is Foundational: Practices like mirror work (“I love you”), naming yourtriggers and taking space before responding expands your emotional range so you show up grounded, both at home and in your business.
