Pav and Pross discuss a mixed weekend on the field for the green and gold, and hear from Fines CEO Adrian Hugg about our other misdemeanours off it. The podcast also welcomes unofficial club historian Lachy Edgar to the show and he looks back at a classic round from 2016.
The Rovers Women lit up Hampton on Ladies Day and Pav and Pross were joined by Bella Cameron to talk us through a massive weekend of footy. Fine's Master Adrian Hugg called out a regular pest and the boys also previewed another big week of footy in round 6.
The Rovers brought the Buxton Cup back home to the Boss last weekend after defeating Ormond away. Pav and Pross discuss that win as well as victories for the u19s, 2nds, and Women's teams. Fine's Master Adrian Hugg reveals which Rover has two left feet, and the 7-foot Frenchman, Benji Audigé, drops by for a chat. The boys also preview what will be a big weekend on and off the field for the Hampton.
It was a great week for the club with wins in the U19's, Senior Women and Thirds teams. The Twos and Ones both lost to Monash Blues and Pav and Pross had all the fallout from a tough weekend. They spoke to young guns Chris Perkins, Sam Seach and the injured Josh Speedy McPherson as well as Fine Master - Adrian Hugg!
It was a fantastic week for the club, with five wins from five games - a first in Rovers history! Pav and Pross caught up with emerging senior player Max Coughlin, they heard from Assistant Coach Peter O'Dea, star forward Cam Morris, speedy wingman Nick Murnane and Andrian Hugg had a special player in his crosshairs for 'Who's Fine Is It Anyway'.
Pav and Pross are back with season two of the Roverland Podcast! This week they preview the Rovers round 1 match against Old Ivanhoe, introduce a new segment called 'Who's Fine Is It Anyway' and hear from some of the Rovers faithful at Thursday night selection.
Pav and Pross spoke with senior player Josh McPherson who gave us an insight into his nickname ‘speedy’, recounted his prolific junior soccer career and why he came back to the Rovers after a year away. One of the funnier half-hours we have had.
Pav and Pross speak with Under 19's coach Sam Care about that premiership feeling, what it's like to 'drive the Ferrari' and which Rovers young guns to keep an eye out in the future.
