UKRoyalTea and I took time out of our busy schedules and sat down for a wide-ranging interview about the Platinum Jubilee. We discuss lots of aspects of Jubilee weekend (Outfits! Frogmore Cottage birthday party details! Ed Sheeran!) while also going on tangents about Meghan flying to Texas, Prince Andrew continuing to be a car crash, and how I hate when people call Prince Louis "Boss Baby". Hope you enjoy, thanks for listening!

UKRoyalTea and I sat down to discuss the Cambridges' recent Caribbean tour, Harry and Meghan stopping in at Windsor Castle to have tea with The Queen, and why Meghan's Invictus wardrobe may have missed the mark.
Stay tuned for Part 2 of our conversation, in which we will discuss the Invictus Games, Harry's Today Show interview, and the Sussexes' deals with Netflix, Spotify, and Random House.

Welcome back from the Royal Analysis podcast's summer break. We're well into September and the royal news is coming at a breakneck speed.
UKRoyalTea is back and is as brilliant and bubbly as ever. She and I discuss Princess Beatrice's baby news (any bets on name choices/first photo reveals? Let us know!), Prince Andrew's continuing legal and PR woes, and RoyalTea gives us some dirt on the Meghan/Kensington Palace bullying allegations. Then we talk about how well done the Earthshot Prize rollout has been so far (this is now a Vinisha Umashankar stan account - sorry not sorry).

For this episode, I sat down with Katelyn Childs. Katelyn is a PR expert and co-hosted a podcast called Americrown Dreams for two years. It's light and fluffy and fun and I recommend it if you want American insights into the Harry and Meghan phenomenon, from H&M's courtship right through to the announcement of Harry and Meghan's pregnancy on the Australia/Tonga/Fiji/New Zealand tour.In this episode, we talk about:
You can follow Katelyn Childs on Twitter and Instagram, and you can listen to Americrown Dreams wherever you listen to podcasts.

It was such a pleasure to have Sarah on the podcast. Sarah gives insight into being a working mom in politics (while drinking a warm can of Pepsi and hiding from her kids to do this podcast), her love for a less popular member of the royal family (I gasped), and doing things that are just for her (planting basil!). We talk about Lilibet Diana and how Harry and Meghan have given both of their children big public names to live up to. We also talk about the G7 summit and I ask if the Commonwealth matters on the world stage.
We then discuss the complexity of enjoying the British Royal Family while acknowledging its colonial past, as well as the current reckoning that is happening in Canada, a Commonwealth country, around Indigenous folks and the way they have been and are currently being treated by the state.

It’s here! The first Royal Analysis podcast interview! I was lucky enough to be joined by UKRoyalTea, who is a Boston-based PR expert with an interest in the British Royal Family. We talk about lots of stuff, including a slow-burn PR strategy, fashion diplomacy, and why the Sussexes aren’t on social media. I also sing a jingle from a Boston-based children’s show that Royal Tea has never heard of. Thanks for listening - I hope you enjoy.
