Roderic Yapp is a former Officer in Royal Marines who made the jump into the corporate world.

Roderic is now the director of his own company, Leadership forces which is specialist Operational Excellence and Leadership Development consultancy.

His aim is to make the 'strategy happen' by coaching and building the capability of an organisation’s leadership. Roderics Operational Excellence programme takes the principles of high performance from high-risk environments and applies them to the organisations he works with.
