My newest book, Thank You Warriors, is a collection of lessons shaped by more than 23 years of active-duty service in the United States Marine Corps. It reflects the leadership, resilience, and empathy I’ve learned from Warriors of all ranks and from across the world. This book is my personal “thank you” to the Marine Corps and to the many leaders and mentors who invested in me along the way.
