When supporting BIPOC colleagues and friends, ask yourself:
Are you committed to staying when it's uncomfortable?
Are you open to expanding your resiliency muscle to walk this path?
Are you willing to shift from a Scarcity Mindset to an Abundance Mindset?
I have had the pleasure of walking with Sarah McNally on her racial equity journey. Sarah asked me to join her in a candid conversation discussing these questions to embrace this next step in the journey of shifting our culture. We discuss the hard parts of Racial Equity.
