ITTA Episode 4 Be Uncomfortable

In this episode of the It's Time to Adapt series, Tracy Y. Washington and Radiance Real Talk host Carole Burton, associates in Professional Development, talks about how people change when they choose to opt-in and sit in uncomfortable when they find themselves in an awkward situation. We invite leaders to be comfortable with being uncomfortable. We're asking leaders to permit themselves to explore the pinpoints and freely walk through this phase. We want leaders to know they can do this, powerfully. When we sit in an uncomfortable space, it allows us to exist for the sake of existing. We believe being uncomfortable is crucial and shows others what it takes to be a great leader. This is the time when we know you can do this. You will grow and change to become better.
