Today Dave and Craig catch up on new developments in our businesses, including what SaaS influencers we follow, what funnel optimization Dave is undertaking here in the first month of owning Recapture, and how Craig working through the development process of building out the PodcastMotor hosting platform.

Craig just got through with Big Snow Tiny Conf Europe and it was a smashing success for the first year.  They had great snow, a wonderful group, and a ton of fun was had by all.  Some really great talks came out of the discussions each afternoon.
