Part 5 - This Same Offering: Let the Stones Speak

They say Breaking News - I say… let the stones finish with words released in Light.

If a wildfire uncovers a mosaic, and the world rushes to declare what it means… what might we find if we pause long enough to listen instead?

In this presence-rooted episode, April takes a deeper look at the mosaic uncovered after seven seasons of excavation at El-Araj on the northern shore of the Sea of Galilee, a site believed to be Bethsaida. The mosaic is claimed to be honoring Peter as the “Key-bearer of the Kingdom of Heaven.”

Rather than echoing headlines, this exploration invites a quiet unpacking of the Greek inscription itself from the 4th and 5th century of language taken into consideration, the spiritual legacy between Peter and Philip, and the meaning of “this same offering” as found within the stones... yet with no media light found to rightfully and fully attest to the Light found within the words intentionally inscribed in stone.

With an emphasis on divine authorship over man’s interpretation, the episode considers honor, mantle-bearing, Kingdom entrustment, and the witness of lives dedicated and reverently flowing as Light in Light Himself across generations. This is not a monument. It is a moment. A mantle. A message quite literally etched in stone for those willing to see and those willing to hear in stillness, presence-first.

Part 4 - Wisdom Cries Out: Light in Proverbs 4

If Light reveals identity… what does it mean to be “a son” in the fullness of existence?

Especially when considering the authorship of such words being found to be written at the hands of King Solomon, who asked God for "an understanding heart to judge Your people to discern between good and evil," (1 Kings 3:9) of which God said... "I have given you a wise and discerning heart..." - let us consider these things together.

In this thought-provoking episode, we explore Proverbs 4 through the lens of Light, Identity, and Presence. Using Strong’s Concordance and a simple exegesis-style presence-first approach in Being Still to Know God - April expands each verse to reflect Light’s role in defining sonship, wisdom, authority, and creative existence. This is more than a proverb - it’s a pathway into knowing who you are in the Light of who He is.
