Russia summoned Moldovan Ambassador Lilian Darii on Tuesday over what it described as two incidents involving the mistreatment of Russian diplomats in Moldova.

The move adds to tensions between Moscow and the former Soviet republic, whose pro-EU government staunchly supports Ukraine.
