Last year’s Toy Show raised over six million euro and some of that money has gone towards a really fantastic project that aims to get every child in Ireland reading. Elaina Ryan is the CEO of Children’s Books and she joined Ryan on the line to tell him all about it.

Irish artist Paula Stokes has spent years making 1,845 hand-blown glass potatoes as part of a memorial dedicated to the Irish potato famine. She told Ryan all about the project which will launch at the National Famine Museum in Co Roscommon this week.
