Sad news has been announced that Bay City Rollers singer Les McKeown has died. Phil Coulter joined Ray on the line to mark his passing and share his memories.

One book that has been flying off the shelves throughout the pandemic is 'The Boy, The Mole, The Fox and The Horse' by Charlie Mackesy. The book is filled with messages of hope and beautiful drawings, Charlie speaks to Ray in his first ever Irish radio interview.

Ray chats to Siobhan McSweeney after she recieved her second jab of the vaccine yesterday.

The stunning hand drawn Wolfwalkers is up for best animated feature, and is the fourth nomination for Kilkenny based Cartoon Saloon. It stars Sean Bean, who voices Bill Goodfellowe, and Kildare’s own Eva Whittaker, who just won an Annie award for her portrayal of Meabh Og MacTire. Sean and Eva both joined Ray on the line.
