The influence of a mother in her children's lives is beyond calculation. Each year we celebrate a day on which we praise the woman for her ability to give birth and/or nurture. And still, the role of a mother has been distorted throughout history. There is not enough recognition of the weight a mother's role carries as it is one of the most impactful roles in life. Skills that motherhood entail goes beyond a resume which is why mothers kick ass in the workplace.
