Deciding real estate is the best method to smooth out the volatility of our industry is the easy part. The challenge lies in deciding how and where to get started. In this episode, I talk about how I overcame this first major roadblock and was able to get my first investment property. I also talk about the realization that single-family investing wasn’t going to scale to meet my goals.
