What's new and interresting in fitness? Sometimes we have fun exploring a new trend that pays off.  More often, it's useful to just stick with the "boring" basics over a long period of time!

When we're scrolling online, or even when we read in-depth articles from trusted sources, we can come accross some interesting fitness advice. Some of it is useful, some of it's not, and some of it is actually just wrong or dangerous!
