This is the puzzling (and most likely unknown to you) case of Rudy Allen Rothberg. This case is almost half a century old and there doesn't seem to be any resolution in sight. We'll talk about my hometown, and a neighborhood considered "undesirable" by local officials. We'll delve into their "brilliant" plan to solve their unwanted problem that ended up decimating their entire city and potentially creating a climate of desperation that may have contributed to the motive for Mr. Rothberg's unfortunate demise.
