DC federal court judge Beryl Howell has ruled that Rudy Giuliani is liable for lying about and defaming Georgia election workers Shaye Moss and her mother Ruby Freeman. The lawsuit brought by Moss and Freeman will now move on to the damages phase for a jury to determine how much Giuliani will have to pay the two woman in compensatory and punitive damages.
