Ask yourself the question, “How does God feel about me?” What answers come to mind? Is it possible that the ways we answer that question have less to do with conviction of the Holy Spirit and, often, more to do with accusations of the Devil? Revelation 12 shows us why, even as Christians proclaim the Good News of Christ, we’re are nevertheless bombarded with thoughts of bad news. But the Devil doesn’t have the last say.

We were all created to belong—belong somewhere and to someone. Revelation 7 is a picture of the type of belonging that Jesus brings about: a belonging that not even the forces of darkness and death can take away from those who belong to him.

Oftentimes Christians try to use world events to interpret Revelation, but Revelation 6 gives us the opposite direction. As Revelation unveils the meaning behind world events, it also challenges us to rely more and more on the finished work of Jesus on behalf of his people.

In 1 Corinthians 1, the Apostle Paul claims that Christ crucified is the power and the wisdom of God. Revelation 5 shows us how it is the case that in the slain Lamb, the full power and wisdom of God are made manifest.

Revelation 4 calls us to look at God as he is, and worship him for who he is. This invitation to look and worship hits a reset button on our worldview.
