Freddi Henry-Ajudua has been playing rugby for a short period of time, but he's already been making an impact. He's won championships with Life University Rugby and had been called up to play Major League Rugby. He's now set to take on the biggest endeavor of his rugby career, as he heads to his home country of Nigeria to play for the national rugby squad, Nigeria Black Stallions. Henry-Ajudua is an HBCU football defensive star for North Carolina Central, and a former soccer player. We speak on his journey from Nigeria to the USA, and how he's found himself at high level College D1 sports, professional football, and eventually over to rugby.

Which spurned a passion to create a team at the Historically Black College and University, North Carolina A&T. He's been developing the program over the last three years, getting the culture of the program together and has been loving every moment of it. Rashad talks to us about his background and how it came naturally to him to want to a lead the way to founding a rugby team in a historical manner. James Brunson, director and coach for the North Philly Nomads, has been a rugby evangelist since he started playing in college in Hartford, Connecticut. Over 20 years later he has gone from rugby player, to rugby organizer, to rugby coach, to subject of a feature film, "The Nomads" featuring Tika Sumpter. Brunson has been on a pathway that has lead him to becoming a key figure in the development of youth rugby in the Philadelphia area.
