"I feel like I’m living more in my head than in my life.I keep replaying the same conversations, the same moments, the same “if only I’d said this differently” thoughts. I analyse what happened from every angle, trying to understand it properly so I can finally move on, but instead I just feel more stuck.I don’t know how to turn my brain off. I want to move forward, but I don’t trust that I’ve understood the past enough to leave it behind. Why does my mind keep circling like this, and how do I actually let go and move forward?"
