Who has the responsibility to provide fair wage for services? many small businesses/restaurant and services in the Black community rely on tips from consumers to accommodate low wages employees receive. Where do we as consumers draw the line?

The influence of rap in the black community and how it affects listeners. Why would labels allow such content if it's considered so negative? everything else is censored but "rap" gets a pass until it's time to pass the indictments. Does that make sense?
