Today we have one of Australia's leading fitness influencers with me today- Holly Vogt. She is an absolute dream chaser and life creator. Holly shares with us how she fought to reclaim her life as she suffered with rheumatoid arthritis then became who she is in the fitness industry whilst building successful businesses.

Holly is a registered pharmacist, certified personal trainer, online coach and healthy café owner. She lives and breathes all things health, fitness and wellness and her main goal is to initiate positive change in the lives of women through sustainable and evidence-based approaches to nutrition and training. Holly is extremely passionate about helping women to improve their relationship with food as well as their body image and self-confidence, while creating a balanced lifestyle.
